Let them cook in low heat for 2-3 minutes and add the mushroms. Add the spinach, salt, pepper and continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes. The mushrooms should be ready now so add the spinach and strir for 3-4 more minutes. Last we add the dill, parsley some more salt and lots of fresh grinded black pepper. Remove from heat and let it rest to room temperature. </span></div>

Τα σωτάρουμε σε χαμηλή φωτιά για 2-3 λεπτά και προσθέτουμε τα μανιτάρια. </span><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif; line-height: 18.2px;">Ανεβάζουμε σε μέτρια τη φωτιά και συνεχίζουμε το τσιγάρισμα για άλλα 7-8 λεπτά. Στο τέλος προσθέτουμε τον άνιθο, μαϊντανό ακόμα λίγο αλάτι και μπόλικο φρεσκοκομμένο μαύρο πιπέρι. Αποσύρουμε από την φωτιά και τα αφήνουμε να έρθουν σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου.</span></div>

Σε ένα μπωλ βάζουμε τα αυγά, το πίτουρο βρώμης, το τυρί, αλάτι, πιπέρι και θυμάρι και ανακατεύουμε. Προσθέτουμε τα λαχανικά μας, ξανά ανακατεύουμε και βάζουμε το μείγμα σε μία φόρμα σιλικόνης. Το </span><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif; line-height: 18.2px;">27,5εκ. x 14εκ. x 6εκ. είναι ιδανικό για αυτή τη δοσολογία. Preheat the oven in low to medium temperature (120 degrees). Slice the tomato, leek and onion into rolls and place all the ingredients in baking papers sprayed with olive oil. Salt and pepper and slow bake for about 45 minutes and remove from the oven when all vegetables have really soften. </span></div>

Place this sauce on top of the dish and bake in medium fire for 30 to 45 minutes until the sauce seems ready. Eat immediately while its warm, serves 4 portions.</span><br />

Αλατοπιπερώνουμε και τα ψήνουμε σε χαμηλή θερμοκρασία για 45 λεπτά περίπου μέχρι να μαλακώσουν αρκετά.</span><br />
<span style="color: #666666; font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">Τώρα θα φτιάξουμε τον κιμά. </span><span style="color: #666666; font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif; line-height: 18.2px;">Ψεκάζουμε ένα αντικολλητικό τηγάνι με ελαιόλαδο, σκουπίζουμε και προσθέτουμε το κρεμμύδι. Το σωτάρουμε σε χαμηλή φωτιά για 3 λεπτά να κιτρινίσει και προσθέτουμε τον κιμά. Ανεβάζουμε σε μέτρια τη φωτιά και τσιγαρίζουμε ανακατεύοντας για 7-10 λεπτά.</span><span style="color: #666666; font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif; line-height: 18.2px;"> Προσθέτουμε την κέτσαπ ή την ψιλοκομμένη ντομάτα, το μοσχοκάρυδο, το γαρύφαλλο, την κανέλα, αλάτι και πιπέρι και αποσύρουμε από τη φωτιά.</span><br />
<span style="color: #666666; font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;">Σε ένα μικρό πυρίμαχο ταψάκι βάζουμε τα υλικά μας σε στρώσεις. Πρώτα τις μελιτζάνες, τα κολοκύθια, τις ντομάτες, το πράσο και το κρεμμύδι. Καλύπτουμε με τον κιμά και αρχίζουμε να φτιάχνουμε την μπεσαμέλ. Στο ίδιο </span><span style="color: #666666; font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif; line-height: 18.2px;">αντικολλητικό τηγάνι βάζουμε το γάλα, το αυγό και το πίτουρο βρώμης και ανακατεύουμε συνεχώς σε χαμηλή προς μέτρια φωτιά μέχρι να πάρουν βράση. Προσθέτουμε τα μπαχαρικά (</span><span style="color: #666666; font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif; line-height: 18.2px;">το μοσχοκάρυδο, το γαρύφαλλο, την κανέλα, αλάτι και πιπέρι) και συνεχίζουμε να ανακατεύουμε για ακόμα 2 λεπτά. Αποσύρουμε από τη φωτιά και προσθέτουμε τις 2 κουταλιές γιαούρτι, καλύπτουμε με την κρέμα τον κιμά στο ταψάκι μας και ψήνουμε σε μέτρια φωτιά (220 βαθμούς) για 30-45 λεπτά μέχρι η κρέμα να ροδίσει. We spray a frying pan with olive oil, wipe and cook the onions for 2 minutes in low heat. Add the seitan to the pan and cook in medium to high heat for around 5 minutes. Add the ketchup and basil and stir for 1 more minute. Remove from fire, salt and pepper. In the same pan cook the egg in low to medium heat for about 4 minutes and your meal is ready!</span></div>

Ψεκάζουμε ένα αντικολλητικό τηγάνι με λίγο λάδι, το σκουπίζουμε και σωτάρουμε τα κρεμμύδια σε χαμηλή φωτιά για περίπου 2 λεπτά. Προσθέτουμε το σεϊτάν και ανεβάζουμε τη φωτιά σε μέτρια προς δυνατή. Σε 5 λεπτά και αφού το σειτάν έχει ροδίσει αρκετά, προσθέτουμε την κέτσαπ και τον βασιλικό. Ανακατεύουμε για ένα ακόμα λεπτό και αποσύρουμε από τη φωτιά. Στο ίδιο τηγάνι ψήνουμε το αυγό σε χαμηλή προς μέτρια φωτιά για περίπου 4 λεπτά και το γεύμα μας είναι έτοιμο!</span></div>

<span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Ψεκάζουμε ένα αντικολλητικό τηγάνι με ελαιόλαδο, σκουπίζουμε και προσθέτουμε το κρεμμύδι. Το σωτάρουμε σε χαμηλή φωτιά για 2 λεπτά και προσθέτουμε τον κιμά. Ανεβάζουμε σε μέτρια τη φωτιά και τσιγαρίζουμε για 5-7 λεπτά. Χτυπάμε τα 2 αυγά με το γάλα, το αλάτι και το πιπέρι. Μπορούμε να προσθέσουμε λίγο από το πίτουρο βρώμης στο μείγμα για περισσότερη υφή αν θέλουμε. Όταν ο κιμάς μας είναι έτοιμος ρίχνουμε το μείγμα των αυγών στο τηγάνι και χαμηλώνουμε πάλι τη φωτιά. Συνεχίζουμε με ελαφρό ανακάτεμα για 2-3 λεπτά.
